Liam Cunningham's Visit

Recently we had the pleasure of welcoming Liam Cunningham to our school, a past pupil of St. Malachy’s Boys’ School. Liam has published his very own book, ‘Pretty Perilous Parakeet’. He was kind enough to give us some of his time, speaking to our young pupils about the book and the process of writing a book. This was a very insightful and enjoyable experience for our pupils as they had the opportunity to ask questions of the author first-hand. Liam was ever so generous and gave away some copies of his book on the day. There was very positive pupil feedback from the talk as many young book enthusiasts had the chance to meet and learn from the local author.
