Trip to Tesco

As part of the Tesco Stronger Smarter Cooks Programme, 30 of our 6th class girls got to take a trip to our local Tesco. When they were there they got to see behind the scenes of Tescos. They got to taste some lovely fruit and vegetables. They were also given a virtual shopping challenge which required them to find necessary ingredients to make a specific meal, they had to get all they needed with a budget of €20. A great day was had by all!
